Prior to Reserving a Field Trip

  • The following applies to a reservation made for the current season. 
  • Please make sure you have the appropriate approvals by your administration and in some cases your School System prior to reserving a field trip.
  • Once a reservation is placed, it is non-cancelable.
  • You have up to 4 weeks prior to the field trip to make minimal decreases or increases depending on ticket availability.
  • Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to the show date (negotiable depending on your situation - please contact our office).

10:00am arrival for 10:15am show
11:15am Performance ends
11:30am (or sooner) back on bus

11:45am arrival for 12 noon show
1:00pm Performance ends
1:15pm (or sooner) back on bus

10:00am arrival for 10:15am show
11:15 Performance ends
